What Is #Moderation365?

So what exactly is #Moderation365? Put simply it’s the process used to unlearn the on-again off-again diet culture mentality that keep us from:
1️⃣ Living our most free and abundant life so that we can focus on our God-given purpose.
2️⃣ Making real progress with implementing our healthy habits.

It’s finding #FoodFreedom in a way that is unique to your individual preferences and personal history while taking into account the practicality of things in light of the season of life you are in. It’s doing the detective work needed to find a way of eating and exercising that is sustainable and enjoyable enough that you can practice as a forever lifestyle approach, all while actually reaching your goals. It’s allowing yourself to be a bit less perfect in order to be much more consistent. It’s recognizing that small but consistent changes snowball over time, eventually yielding massive success. It’s facing uncomfortable relationship habits with food and overcoming them once as for all.

As part of the #Moderation365Success101 post series, I’m going to continue to unpack this approach to coaching using tools and systems that allow you to stay the course until it becomes second nature. Things like #ConsistencyKeys (big rock actions that keep you on track), #SuccessStrategies (practical tools and tips to help you navigate the journey), #HabitHacks (ways you shortcut them learning curve of behavior change), #MindfulMacros (using an understanding of macronutrients and meal timing to get more in touch with your biofeedback with the intent to transition to mindful eating rather than tracking at some point down the road), #DessertEveryDay, etc.

We need this kind of approach in order to navigate through all of the BS we are fed as part of diet culture. M365 not a diet and it looks different for everyone which is what made getting the Moderation365 certification a no-brainer for me. I already used an individualized approach with my #MealMasteryMentorship clients. This certification just gives me a deeper understanding of how to coach clients at a more effective level.

I’ve shared before how my faith, M365, macros, and weight training helped me overcome ED and lingering disordered eating tendencies. I use my experiences and expertise to teach women how to enjoy food in a way that honors the Lord and keeps them functioning at their best, so that they can focus on things of Kingdom value and show up at their best to serve others.

If you want something more in-depth which will help you learn nutrition strategies like #DessertEveryDay and how to eat in a way you love and still get results, you can get 1:1 coaching via my Meal Mastery Mentorship. You can head to this link to find out more.

If you are interested in working on a specific habit and need someone to help you troubleshoot, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable, I offer coaching a variety of ways, which you can learn more about here.

My specialty is habit change and my approach is to work on mindset alongside the habit, so that it is healthy and sustainable, and this is best done via 1:1 Coaching which you can learn about here. Whether it involves your health, finances, nutrition, exercise, relationships, or personal growth, habits are the key to success. We are the outcome of what we repeatedly do. Without addressing that, there can be no change. Learn more here!

P.P.S. I will be increasing my 1:1 coaching prices after I have this new certification. Current clients will be grandfathered in at their current rate as long as they don’t lapse, but for those who are wanting to enroll as a new client, I would do so now if you are on the fence!
