Once you purchase the program, you’ll fill out a liability waiver and questionnaire giving me all the nitty-gritty details about how many days you plan to train, how much time you have to train, what equipment you have available, any specific goals you have in mind, injuries and ailments, your favorite and least favorite movements, etc., and then I will give you an exact program to follow. This is not a cookie-cutter program—it includes personalized specifics! You’ll get printable workout logs to use to track your workouts as well as a custom-built Training Guide. This includes everything from set / rep range, to your targeted plan for progressive overload, how to utilize the program for longer than 12 weeks if you choose, how to incorporate deload weeks, how to schedule your workouts, how to adjust if you have to miss a day, rest and recovery information, and more! I’ve even put together a female specific cycle training protocol for the ladies! This guide details the fluxes in hormonal states that occur over the course of your menstruated cycle and how to then sync nutrition and training intensity specifically for each phase of your cycle in order to work with WITH your hormones instead of them working AGAINST you. This allows you to make the most of your training plan and so that you can better manage hunger, energy, cravings, fat loss, and muscle gain! There’s even information for those who might are breast-feeding, on birth control, perimenopausal, or postmenopausal. Everything is in PDF format and delivered via email within 7 days of purchase (usually less).
