Kaci’s Friday Find — Cut Da Carb Flatbreads!

I’m definitely late to the game on these, but I now understand what all the hype was about! I figured I would share in case anyone else out there was on the fence about trying them!

These wraps are minimal ingredient, low calorie, and low carb (even keto friendly), but quite large (12 in x 10 in). You can easily use one flatbread to make 2 paninis or wraps. See below for nutrition/ingredients list. They are super thin, but still hold up well.

Side note, I don’t eat low-carb, but when a wrap like this is lower in carbs, it does leave room for other yummy carbs like sweet potato fries! 😋

So far I have use them to make a healthy Monte Christo and a knock off (photo below; recipe here) of the Starbucks egg white, spinach, sun-dried tomato, and feta wraps (recipe found here)! They make great pizza crusts, burritos, enchiladas, and even chips if you cut them up and bake! Stay tuned for a pizza recipe!
