1:1 Habit-Based Goal-Oriented Coaching Mentorship

There are several programs I offer, but one of the two most popular is my 1:1 Habit-Based Goal-Oriented Coaching Mentorship (where we focus on a specific goal at a time from a habit-based system) See below for FULL details!

There are two ways of working with 1:1 clients that I offer, depending on the level of coaching you are interested in and are able to invest in (time and monetary).

The first option is a once-daily check-in (Monday-Friday) via email, and the second is a platform called Voxer which allows real-time text, audio, and photo communication (very much like a text message on a smart phone, only anonymous) so that you are able to troubleshoot things in multiple ways in real time. I have a very limited number of Voxer spots open at any given point in time since this requires me to essentially be on call during “business hours.” It allows for a more personal aspect given that voice talking in real time is a lot like having a coach on the phone when needed. You essentially get a coach in your pocket!

The email option is the route more choose to go due to lower investment in terms of time and money. With either route (email or Voxer) you essentially get all the same support in either route, answers to questions, ability to troubleshoot things that come up over the course of the day, recommendations on how to adjust things on a day to day basis, ongoing product/nutrition/exercise/resource recommendations, etc., but with a 24-hour turn around time in the case of email vs more immediate (within reason) responses via Voxer.

With either option, I also provide you with a membership to Dashing Dish if you don’t already have one, which helps to streamline the process of healthy cooking, meal planning, exercise, and more. This membership is normally a monthly recurring fee subscription, but it is free to you as long as you remain enrolled in one of my monthly 1:1 coaching programs!

I have several other add-on or stand alone options which are also available at this time (coaching calls, grocery store tours, email Q & A, individualized macro plan, etc.) and will be adding as I see demand increasing for specific services, so check back often!

1:1 Habit-Based Goal-Oriented Coaching Mentorship:

My primary means of working with clients in the Goal-Oriented Mentorship Program is to use a habit-based approach in which we “stack” habits one at a time so as to make consistent changes with ongoing growth. First we will communicate in depth about your history, struggles, lifestyle, and future goals. You first complete an intake questionnaire, then from there, we hop on an intake call so that we can decide together where it would be best to start. We tackle one habit at a time until you feel confident that you can sustain it, then move on to the next habit. This doesn’t mean that more than one thing isn’t addressed at any given time, since multiple things overlap and contribute to any given sticking point. What is means is that we have a very clear objective that we are working towards. You also get 20 minute check in calls every 2 weeks.

My 1:1 goal-oriented coaching is currently offered as a monthly fee for either email OR all-access text communication. There is a 10% discount for purchasing 3 months at a time. For this service, I ask that we focus on one specific goal at a time, as this is designed to be a deep dive in really tackling and overcoming something you haven’t been able to do alone. This approach is designed to empower you in gaining control of an issue once and for all.  I don’t believe you have to resort to relying on a coach for the rest of your life in order to be successful. After we have tackled one thing, we can then move on to the next, should you wish to continue services. My approach is to work on your mindset surrounding the sticking point, not just the process itself. My methods will include a focus on Biblical principles, positive psychology, taking action, encouragement, self-exploration, self-care, resiliency, growth mindset, and healthy boundaries, just to name a few.

Email coaching: We will communicate on a daily basis via email (24 hour turn around time) for accountability, troubleshooting problems, questions, and so on, related to the goal we are working on. If your goal involves physique changes, we will update measurements and progress photos every 2 weeks.

Real-time coaching: I use a free app called Voxer. It is just like text (you can send photos, text, and even audio), but keeps you from using your phone number. I can talk to you with a walkie-talkie like system. You get to hear me in your ear cheering you on, praying over your situation, giving you real time advice, etc. During specified hours, you have full access to text me and I will respond ASAP (within reason). You can use this for accountability, troubleshooting problems, questions, and so on, related to the goal we are working on. If your goal involves physique changes, we will update measurements and progress photos every 2 weeks via email.

Please note: This is not about a quick fix or a diet. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach because I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The content that I deliver will faith-based and filtered through Scriptural truth of God’s word. I believe in the power of a positive mindset and abundance. This is about freedom, not restriction. I believe that the Lord calls us to be free, but not so as to use our freedom as an excuse to live for ourselves. We have a limited amount of time to fulfill the purpose that the Lord has designed us for. I believe that health freedom encompasses mind, body, and spirit, and is a critical part of our ability to carry out His plan for us effectively.
Areas of focus may include, but are not limited to:
Overcoming a diet mentality, assistance with accountability, troubleshooting how to find foods that you enjoy which align with your health goals, troubleshooting how to find an exercise routine that you enjoy and which can fit into your busy schedule, applying God’s truth to your health journey, replacing unhealthy behaviors with healthy behaviors, how to overcome a limiting belief system and negative mindset, how to plan healthy meals, how to streamline meal prepping, how to control spending and formulate a debt payoff plan, how to make time for self care, how to make time for growth, how to honor God and your partner with your marriage.
This is not another program which leaves you dependent on a coach indefinitely. This is about me leaving you to be able to troubleshoot and navigate your journey without getting derailed. Everyone needs some assistance getting to that place when they initially start, but my goal is to make my clients capable to handle everything on their own at some point. I want to get you to the next level and to give you the tools you need to continue your journey upward from there. Think about how you would feel being able to trust yourself to navigate difficulties on your own at some point. That is what I plan to do… To empower you with the skills and the tools you need to finally overcome all those things you never thought you could and then maintain a happy, healthy, enjoyable, sustainable lifestyle.

I will also respond outside those hours and on weekends when it is possible.
