Macro Friendly Mondays — Sugar Free White Chocolate Cranberry Bliss Bars!

If you need a fun and macrofriendly sweet for a holiday get together, this is it! I looked for copycat Starbucks cranberry bliss bars online and didn’t find anything exactly like what I had in mind, so I took ideas from several recipes and made my own! This recipe is sugar free other than the Craisins. I used reduced sugar kind though; if you can find unsweetened use those to make them entirely sugar-free! The result? It was approved by even the pickiest palates at Thanksgiving!

🥣 Ingredients:

Bars:
👉🏼120g oat flour
👉🏼120g almond flour
👉🏼20g Splenda for baking
👉🏼36g Lakanto monk fruit golden
👉🏼1/4 tsp baking powder
👉🏼1/4 tsp baking soda
👉🏼1/8 tsp nutmeg
👉🏼3 packets True Lime orange
👉🏼15g liquid egg whites
👉🏼56g sugar free maple syrup
👉🏼112g unsweetened applesauce
👉🏼40g 50% less sugar Craisins
👉🏼42g Lily’s white chocolate chips

Topping:
👉🏼42g Lily’s white chocolate chips
👉🏼20g 50% less sugar Craisins

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣Preheat oven to 350. Line an 9×9 inch pan with foil (for easy removal of the bars – DO NOT SKIP THIS!) and spray with cooking spray.
2️⃣Whisk dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (everything but chips and Craisins). Add wet ingredients to dry and mix with a spoon until combined (batter should be thick, but if you need more liquid, add additional liquid egg whites).
3️⃣Chop Craisins and baking chips (helps to distribute more through the bars). Fold baking chips and Craisins into the batter.
4️⃣Add batter to baking pan and smooth out evenly.
5️⃣Bake 16-20 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
6️⃣Use the foil to transfer the bars to a wire rack to cool.
7️⃣When completely cooled, use a sharp knife to cut into 9 even squares, then cut each square diagonally. Be careful – they crumble fairly easily.
8️⃣Chop the Craisins for topping bars.
9️⃣Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle or use extra and “paint” over the tops of the bars.
🔟Add the Craisins to decorate before the chocolate hardens, and enjoy!

📝 Notes:
‼️ If you don’t have the True Lemon orange packets, I highly recommend holding on making these until you do. You can try 1/8 tsp orange extract, but I cannot guarantee results!
‼️ Keep leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
