Macro Friendly Mondays — Single Serving High Protein Macro Friendly Cinnamon Rolls!

After craving cinnamon rolls, but not wanting the full calorie bomb most come with, I started scouring Pinterest for healthier recipes. I took Mason Woodruff’s microwave cinnamon roll recipe (which uses carb quick) and tweaked it a bit to make it even more Macro Friendly. My version uses a variation on the popular Weight Watcher’s 2 Ingredient Dough, but instead of using self-raising flour, I made it from Kodiak Cakes buttermilk pancake and waffle mix and Two Good Greek Yogurt. I also went the oven route with this one! And instead of a glaze, I had to make cream cheese icing with Philadelphia light cream cheese and Splenda!

The best part—besides the taste and macros—is that they are single serving for portion control!
