Simple, real food ingredients with sweetness from banana and squash. It packs a protein punch with eggs. Between the protein and fiber, it would keep me full all morning!

On days that I work out in the morning, my first meal these days tends to be protein on it’s own (boiled egg, no sodium added deli meat, cooked grass-fed beef, etc) So English muffins made from eggs would be an amazing way to change this up!!
