Recipes I Pinned This Week

Popping in this week with some intriguing things I plan to try! All healthy of course! 😉

Cauliflower Fauxmeal

A sneaky way to add veggies that also happens to be Paleo and gluten free, if you need that sort of recipe. I plan to leave out the brown sugar and add some protein powder that is stevia sweetened.

Sweet Breakfast Scramble
Simple, real food ingredients with sweetness from banana and squash. It packs a protein punch with eggs. Between the protein and fiber, it would keep me full all morning!

Copycat Egg McMuffins

On days that I work out in the morning, my first meal these days tends to be protein on it’s own (boiled egg, no sodium added deli meat, cooked grass-fed beef, etc) So English muffins made from eggs would be an amazing way to change this up!! Brilliant! Video demo included on their site for this one too!

Healthy Pickle Meatloaf

I love a good meatloaf! This flavor combo sounds so intriguing to me! I’m going to make this for my lunch meal prep.

4-Ingredient Carb Free Cookies

Seriously easy and seriously healthy, high protein cookies! What’s not to love?! I’m going to try these with a different protein (Dales Raw Foods) since I love the flavor and I have it (and everything else needed) on hand.

One Minute Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt

It’s pumpkin everything season y’all! Katie’s recipes never disappoint and this looks like a great way to use some of the pumpkin I always have leftover from the cans I open but don’t finish.
