#75Hard Day 56: How To Make A #MacroMicroBowl
▶️ See visual examples and recipes for my favorites under #MacroMicroBowl (aka hot/cold salad). The name is such because it is a HUGE bowl with all your macros and micros!
▶️ What it actually is: base of lettuce (usually butter or kale mix), lots of roasted veggies, sometimes fruit, a protein, a dressing or sauce of some sort, and seasonings (optional).
▶️ Chop the lettuce with my @oxo salad chopper (shoutout to @jillfit for introducing me to that handy tool). Get yours here.
▶️ Rewarm the roasted veggies (preciously batch prepped) and protein and toss for a hot/cold combo.

▶️ I will often make a dressing like @chantelhall_ifbbpro Dijon vinaigrette dressing (recipe found on her page under highlights). I also like @tessemaes Italian or Zesty Ranch and @primalkitchenfoods Greek Vinaigrette.
