Recipe Review! Peanut Butter Protein Rice Crispy Treats {Macro Friendly Mondays #4}

Need a quick #mealprep recipe? Try these! Seriously the easiest ever protein crispy treats with only 4 ingredients! They are also high protein and sugar free!

Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert! Absolutely delicious and hubby approved. I used Cellucor molten chocolate whey, Bia Bar protein peanut butter, Arrowhead Mills puffed kamut, and Lakanto Sweetener sugar free syrup.

I substituted sugar-free syrup for the honey and skipped the chocolate on top and macros came out as shown below for 1 out of 9! You could also use powdered peanut butter in place of the protein powder for an even more peanut buttery option! I’m going to try that next! These were chocolate PB and deee-licious!

Head here on the Dashing Dish site for the full recipe and instructions. This is a recipe anyone can access, not just members!! So it’s a great one to try out to see if you’re ready to join!
