Just dropping in to let you all know about something incredible in case you want to join us! I am excited to share what the team at Dashing Dish have been hard at work putting together for you! The Dashing Dish 8 Week Stronger Together Challenge!
I am truly blessed to be a part of the team of DashingDish as we bring you all this amazing program in September! Registration closes in 1 week! Early bird spots sold out in less than 24 hours, and a limed number of spots remain!
Each of us has put together 2 of the 8 weeks of content that we will be walking a limited number of ladies through (sorry fellas–ladies only) via an online closed Facebook community. I’ll be covering weeks 3 and 5 topics of getting comfortable with meal prep and how to make health a priority when life gets busy!
This isn’t just a nutrition and exercise program (although meal plans by an RD and exercise templates are included), but will cover mindset, spiritual health, and more!
I’ll be getting outside my comfort zone right along with the participants! Part of the support will come in the form of Facebook videos–yikes! I’ve avoided this so far in my coaching journey, but I can’t do that any longer.

Stronger Together is an 8-week online program that will empower you to transform your life through simple, effective, and sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies.
This plan is unique due to the fact that it includes an small group accountability component and weekly challenges to motivate and provide support along the way.
This isn’t just another short lived program. Each of the weekly challenges were designed to help you establish a healthy foundation, build a sense of accountably, and create successful habits that will last a lifetime.
Stronger Together is different from any other program, as it Includes:
A Plan for Optimal Health & Fat Loss: You will learn how to fuel your body to burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve your health and metabolism, rather than simply losing weight short term. You will also be equipped with an easy to follow fitness and meal plan; As well as learn how to plan and prepare simple and delicious clean eating meals beyond the program.
Small Group Challenges and Competition: Build a sense of community and accountability as you work towards your goals with a small group of like minded women. Each week you will be presented weekly challenges will not only keep you motivated, but will also add a competition element as you work together with your team to win the grand prize!
Tools & Knowledge to Help You Reach Your Goals: Become equipped with the tools and confidence to not only make plans and set goals, but actually fulfill and maintain the results for life!
Expert Coaching and Support: This program is designed with weekly coaching and challenges to motivate you and keep you inspired on the journey. You will also receive support from Katie Farrell, RN and the Dashing Dish Team of experts (Sarah Shaffer, Certified Health Coach and (me→) Kaci Cheeseman, PA-C).
