How To Stop The “Unsanity”

Ahhh the old restriction rebellion guilt restriction loop. Sound familiar?

One could call this the cycle of insanity.

But… if we have control of our mind and body while willfully participating in it, then it’s not entirely accurate to refer to it as “insanity.”

We knew what we were doing.

We knew the misery that will ensue.

We did it anyway.

While the pattern was not in our best interest, we weren’t completely loony tunes when engaging in it.

At TKN, we refer to this pattern of willful, yet misery-inducing behavior as “unsane.”

Semantics aside, what can we DO about it?

We have a desired outcome, we simply need a productive and constructive means of obtaining it. We need “the virtuous cycle.”
