#75Hard Day 15: Expectation Management + Every “Rep” Counts!
▶️ Not every workout is going to be amazing. Not every day will be ideal in terms of practicing your healthy habits, but just showing up and putting in the reps matters. Every rep counts, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time.
▶️ Focus on doing what you can, not about getting everything “perfect.” Consistency is realistic. Perfection is not.
