#75Hard Day 16: Sustainable + Enjoyable = Consistency {Vlog}

▶️ Success stems from consistency with practicing healthy behaviors. ▶️ There is a formula for consistency. ▶️ Sustainable + enjoyable = consistency. ▶️ Sustainable means that it is realistic in terms of your overall lifestyle and abilities. ▶️ Enjoyable means that you actually look forward to doing it. ▶️ It won’t be sustainable or enjoyable for long if you have to force it. ▶️ Think about a relationship. You can try to take shortcuts and use tactics, but it will not result in a long-term relationship. If by some means it does fool and woo the other person, things will eventually break down because you can only maintain a façade for so long. ▶️ It is the same with unrealistic and hard-core means of achieving your goals. They might work for a short period of time, and they might even get your results, but eventually things will break down. ▶️ Difficulty is not an indicator of effectiveness! ▶️ A lot of my clients are surprised when they start working with me that they are not hungry on their fat loss macros / nutrition plan. They think that the only way for the plan to be working is for them to be struggling to keep up with it in some way. Often times they reach out to me—while they're having effortless success mind you—and ask if they should try harder or buckle down more in order to see even more results more quickly. My response is always the same. If it's working and it's sustainable, let's keep doing it! ▶️ I would rather someone take one step backwards in order to take two steps forward. Over the long haul those steps add up! Consistency keeps you moving forward! ▶️ This is true across all areas of growth, not just physique goals! • #WhatCanBeGainedCoaching #MealMasteryMentorship
