#75Hard Day 21: Spiritual Thoughts on A Gallon of Water A Day {Vlog}

▶️ I was surprised but how much a gallon really was in comparison to what I was drinking. I overestimated my usual intake! I noted a surprising increase in energy by meeting the gallon a day mark. ▶️ I was also surprised that I could drink a gallon and still be thirsty for more. ▶️ I realized we don’t know how under-hydrated we are until we experience real adequate hydration. ▶️ It made me think about how we are the same way spiritually. We don’t know how empty we are; undernourished on the Bread of Life and running on empty for Living Water. ▶️ The truth is that the more you fill yourself with the Bread of Life and Living Water, the more of it you want; the more you crave it. ▶️ Just like changing our tastes to prefer new healthy foods, it takes time to feel that spiritual hunger, but it is well worth the investment. ▶️ Prioritize quality, focuses time with the Lord and He will honor that time with a new hunger and thrust, even a craving for more!
