I’m so excited to share with you guys that my program “5 x 4 & Out the Door” is now available for free to download!
I have had numerous requests for a time-efficient, but highly effective workout program, and I am so excited to share that I am currently in the process of putting together such a program (“The Complete PA-Ckage”) which will be available soon!! I have it written, but am working on putting it together in eBook form! Until it is available, why not take advantage of this program, which I wrote and which is available absolutely free! These workouts can be done at home or at the gym as they only require dumbbells. You can use a few sets of different weights, like these hex weights, or something like these interchangeable ones. Believe it or not, I have gotten great prices on these at Goodwill and on Craigslist!
I’ve had the idea for this specific program floating around in my head for a couple of years now, but did not have a clear direction on how to use it until late last year. The Lord showed me that my idea was intended for a specific purpose—as a consistency program for this year’s Dashing Dish Spring Shape Up Challenge.
As many of you already know, I work part time for Dashing Dish. Part of my job includes writing workouts for the Dashing Dish site. This year, after I shared the idea the Lord put on my heart for the Annual Spring Shape Up exercise consistency challenge with Katie, she was kind enough to allow me to write a program specifically for the challenge!
I wrote “5 x 4 & Out The Door!” (which is available exclusively at Dashing Dish for free!) as a program designed to streamline the process for those who are trying to stay consistent with an exercise regimen. Katie’s husband, Sean is the tech and graphic genius behind Dashing Dish, and he put my program into the most beautiful PDF booklet you can imagine! Simply print it off and you’re good to go!
All the program details and the free PDF can be found here! I pray this program serves and blesses you!
Keep an eye out for my eBook program, “The Complete PA-Ckage” which will be coming soon!!
