I love my Molten Chocolate Lava Protein Shake, but this has been on repeat lately instead 🤤

Vanilla Crème Coconut Biscotti Protein Smoothie Bowl

I know the name is long… quite a mouthful—literally! 😂
This bowl of deliciousness is over 20 oz of deliciousness that you can eat like ice cream with a🥄
Trust me! You need this in your life!
To make it combine and blend the following in a high powered blender:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Dales Raw Foods vanilla vegan blend or Equip Foods vanilla beef, or sometimes half and half)
- 3 oz frozen banana
- 12 oz ice
- 5 oz cashew milk
- Devotion Nutrition flex flavors (one each of coconut biscotti, crème brûlée, and monkey bread).
Once smooth, pour into a bowl and enjoy! Or, if you can wait, I highly recommend you pop it into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to set up a bit more, if desired. Then devour with a spoon! Trust me, you won’t know it is not ice cream!!
