▶️ A little info on my #GiveMe30HabitProject for those who may not be familiar. ▶️ I believe that in order to be spiritually healthy & effective, we must steward our physical bodies & our minds in a way that honors the Lord & allows us to walk in full health & abundance. The foundation of this process is simply healthy habits. ▶️ Each month, I share 1 small habit that I would like anyone who is willing to join along in implementing. The idea is to form a habit by practicing it over the course of the month (hence, the name). They vary in what area they might serve to grow you (mental, spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, financial etc.), but they all revolve around adding in positive habits & strengthening you in your overall health & being so that you are most effective in the purposes the Lord has prepared you for. ▶️ Intro post on why I started this project the blog can be found here: https://whatcanbegained.com/giveme30habitproject/ ▶️ Check out all the previous month’s habit challenges and find one you might be interested in implementing based on the current season of your life. You definitely don’t have to do this months challenge if it does not resonate with you. Archive of all the challenges found here: https://whatcanbegained.com/giveme30habitproject/ ▶️ This month’s habit is replacing your to-do list with a priority list! It is designed to increase productivity while decreasing stress. Current month’s challenge can be found here: https://whatcanbegained.com/2019/11/01/giveme30habitchallenge-11-01-2019-priority-list/ ▶️ Also! Please share this project with someone who you think may also find value in it. Not only will it give you the opportunity to have someone with whom you can expect accountability from, but you never know how it may impact their life! We were not meant to do things alone. Where at least two people join together in like-minded purpose, there’s a transformative power of anointing from the Lord & from that, a culture that begins to take form. A culture has the ability to transform the lives of those involved, as well as the lives of those around them. Continued in the comments👇🏼

▶️ I desire to ignite a culture of growth, health, & inspiration. This weaves together the natural & spiritual as 1 unit operating under the Lord’s authority. Only He can author purpose driven growth.
▶️ What is it you want to achieve? Who do you want to become? How do you want to serve others? You may not know how to get there, or even how to get started. I just ask that you trust me & keep showing up, & together we’ll get you there, one 30 day habit at a time! Are you ready? Let’s get growing!!
