Got a fun 2 ingredient recipe for ya today! This makes a great snack or side.
👉🏼1 Cut Da Carb flatbread
👉🏼4 tbsp (56g) Friday’s frozen spinach & artichoke dip
1️⃣ Cook dip according to package directions in the microwave.
2️⃣ Toast the flatbread under low broil for 2ish minutes to crisp it up some. Watch closely as it can burn quickly!
3️⃣ Once toasted, remove from the oven and spread the dip evenly over the flatbread.
4️⃣ Return to the oven and broil for a minute or so.
5️⃣ Cut into pieces and enjoy!
❗️Feel free to utilize more dip if you would like, but it’s so full of flavor that a little goes a long way!
❗️You make this into an entree by using it as a base for a pizza and adding additional toppings and protein of choice.
❗️I like to cut it into squares with a pizza cutter to eat.
