▶️ The devil comes to steal kill and destroy. Many times he will do that through our health by way of confusion, obsession, and/or overwhelm. ▶️ Satan’s desire is to keep us from the Lord’s design of walking in freedom and abundant life. ▶️ Whether it’s not being able to get traction over health problems, or being so hyper-focused on perfectionism with regard to our healthy habits, the result is in a place bondage, overwhelm, and confusion. ▶️ Our identity is found in Christ, not our healthy habits or our healthy behaviors. ▶️ Our health and healthy habits are tools which allow us to achieve a place of freedom and abundant life, but we are not meant to be consumed by them. They are meant to aid us in being productive for things of Kingdom value. ▶️ The ultimate goal is to free up the mental energy spent on these things in order to pursue our God-given purpose and callings. ▶️ Whether it’s finding a balance in habits or figuring out what will lend to getting traction on your health, my desire is to help bring you clarity and be done with the confusion once and for all. ▶️ My mission: I teach women of faith how to equip themselves with healthy habits, mindset skills, and efficient self-care so that they can walk in freedom and abundant life, show up as their best self in service of others, and are able to function at their highest capacity in order to fulfill the God-given purpose for their life! #WhatCanBeGainedCoaching #MealMasteryMentorship https://whatcanbegained.com/work-with-me-2/
