Macro Friendly Mondays — 3 Ingredient Protein Waffles! 🧇

🥣 Ingredients:
🧇1/2 scoop (15g) protein powder (I prefer to use a whey/casein blend)
🧇92g liquid egg whites
🧇1/4 tsp baking powder

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:
Combine ingredients to make the batter, then cook as you would normal waffles (I use a mini waffle maker and will get 5-6 total). Serve with toppings of choice.

📝 Notes:
❗️You likely need to use less batter per waffle than you would expect as they puff up a lot.
❗️Depending on the sweetness of your protein powder, you may want to add a packet of sweetener.
❗️Feel free to add mix-ins of choice—chocolate chips, nuts, or blueberries, etc.
❗️Use a protein powder that you like the taste of.
❗️Feel free to double the recipe!
❗️You can swap half the protein powder for equal parts oat flour if you want more carbs/less protein.
❗️You can use vegan protein powder, but they aren’t as fluffy and you will need to cook them longer or they won’t be firm.
