Is there anything better than a good taco recipe? I think not! Whether you decide to make these for #TacoTuesday or Cinco de Mayo, they will not disappoint! See notes for variations.
🌮 6oz peeled, deveined, still off shrimp
🌮 1 tbsp (15g) Mojo marinade
🌮 1 packet True Lime
🌮 2 packets Splenda
🌮 1/8 tsp blackened seasoning
🌮 4 tbsp (66g) Good Foods chunky guacamole
🌮 4 tbsp (60g) La Mexicana Mango salsa
🌮 56g Pero Family Farms Cabbage slaw
🌮 4 La Bandarita mini flour tortillas
1️⃣ Dice shrimp into small pieces.
2️⃣ Toss together with the marinade, lime, sweetener, and blackened season.
3️⃣ Cook in a non-stick skillet.
4️⃣ Divide shrimp, guacamole, slaw, and salsa evenly over tortillas.
‼️ Macros include corrected nutrition for the tortillas. I don’t subtract fiber from total carb/calorie count. The label says 20cal each but it’s actually 32cal. Even with the correct data, you can’t find better flour tortilla macros. I can only find these at Publix locally – they are the mini street taco carb counter kind.
‼️ Good Foods guacamole has the best macros I’ve found.
‼️ I’ve also made these with Cut da Carb. Macros with CDC will be 320 Cal | 8F | 35C | 27P
‼️ Swai in place of shrimp is also bomb.
