Macro Friendly Mondays — 100 Calorie Chips & Salsa!

Got a super easy, three ingredient recipe for you today using Cut Da Carb flatbread!

🥣 Ingredients:
👉🏼1 Cut da Carb flatbread
👉🏼4 tbsp (2 oz) Salsa
👉🏼Garlic salt, to taste

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil.
3️⃣ Cut your wrap into desired chip shapes. You can do either square or triangle.
4️⃣ Arrange chips on the baking sheet, making sure none overlap.
5️⃣ Lightly mist with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt, or seasonings of choice.
6️⃣ Bake for two minutes, then check for browning every 30 seconds until desired crispness (about 4 minutes total for me).
7️⃣ Serve with salsa for dipping and enjoy!

📝 Notes:
❗️I used restaurant style salsa that was 10 cal per 2 tbsp (1 oz).
❗️You can use other seasonings of choice.
❗️I’m sure you could use another wrap or flatbread, but keep in mind that nothing compares two the thinness of cut the carb for crispy chip results (cooking time will also vary).

PSA: My #MacroFriendly posts can be used as ideas for those who use a #MindfulMacros approach (AKA not tracking, but structuring meals based on how their body responds best to protein, carbs, and fat) as well. This is the goal place for some to reach after they learn the ropes by tracking for a period of time. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to find your forever way to eat!
