#MacroFriendlyMondays post is a seriously simple concoction that legit blew my mind! Do not brush this one off! I’m telling you it’s been on repEAT for breakfast since I threw it together on a whim. I don’t really know what to call it, so #ProBowl it is! It actually remind me of a healthy grape salad, only with blueberries. You can tweak ratios to suit macros. Just make sure you use frozen blueberries, not fresh and be sure the blueberries are still half frozen! That’s where the magic is at!
🫐 280g Vanilla Greek yogurt(I used Chobani zero sugar)
🫐 112g sightly thawed blueberries (I run them under water just enough to start the thawing process)
🫐 1/4-ish tsp coconut Now Foods Better Stevia drops
🫐 18g Cinnamon Toast Catalina Crunch cereal
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients (except for the cereal) together in a bowl and mix well.
2️⃣ Taste and add more sweetener drops if needed.
3️⃣ Sprinkle the cereal on top and enjoy!
❗️I like to mix the cereal on as I eat so it stays crunchy. You can also just mix it all up.
❗️I bet this would be bomb with half frozen dark sweet cherries too. I’ll be trying new combos!
❗️You could use coconut yogurt and mix in coconut flakes to make it next level.
❗️I had it for breakfast, but it’s definitely good enough to be dessert!
