linkupI recently ordered a 4 pack of MuscleEgg flavored liquid egg whites for the first time. I went with the build your own 4 pack of half gallons. It was a tough decision, but I went with key lime, cake batter, vanilla, and mint chocolate.
I love that they are pasteurized. This means you can use them without having to cook them. So far I’ve tried the Cake Batter flavor in this recipe and in a shake. YUM! Delicious as I had hoped and just the right amount of sweetness!
Since the time that I ordered, they have introduced a new flavor…fruit cereal! (AKA, fruit loops flavor). Yeah, I kinda wish I had waited now. I’m definitely going to be ordering that once I work my way through the other flavors 🙂
In the mean time, I’ll share some recipe creations with you from the flavors I chose. I have a super simple, but deeee-licious recipe for you today!

Simply combine equal parts of cooked and *cooled* @friedasproduce purple sweet potato with cake batter @muscleegg and blend until smooth. That’s it! You can eat it right away or let it thicken a little in the fridge. You can also freeze the leftovers in an ice cube tray for blending in smoothies/shakes.

I have never heard of flavored egg whites before! I might have to give them a try!
It took me a while to order once I heard about them…just because you get so much at once, but the great thing is you can freeze for later use!
