Macro Friendly Mondays — Cut Da Carb Cheeseburger Quesadillas!

Got another Cut Da Carb recipe for y’all. Anyone surprised? 😂

🥣 Ingredients:
👉🏼1 Cut Da Carb flatbread
👉🏼46g liquid egg whites
👉🏼28g sweet onion, cooked to caramelize
👉🏼84g 94% lean beef, cooked
👉🏼1 tsp taco seasoning (or to taste)
👉🏼21g cheddar cheese (I used 1 Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese stick)
👉🏼14g reduced fat and onion cream cheese
👉🏼56g sliced tomato
👉🏼28g spinach (or lettuce of choice)

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Measure out your egg whites into a shallow dish.
2️⃣ Gather all of the other ingredients.
3️⃣ Heat your beef in the microwave if not still warm from previously cooking; add taco seasoning.
4️⃣ Fold your cut da carb wrap in half so that the two smaller ends meet and use the crease to divide it into two smaller rectangles so that you now have two flats.
5️⃣ Divide ingredients equally between one half of each of the two wraps, then fold to close.
6️⃣ Heat a nonstick pan over medium high on the stove.
7️⃣ Carefully dip each wrap in the whites so it is coated on both sides.
8️⃣ Spray the pan with cooking spray and cook until whites are crisp and wrap is lightly browned, flip and repeat.
9️⃣ Transfer to a plate and use a pizza cutter to cut each of the wraps into four triangles for a total of eight.

📝 Notes:
‼️ Macros are for the entire recipe (adjust ingredient amounts to fit needs).
‼️ You don’t have to cook the onion first, but I like the caramelization of cooking them before hand.
‼️ You can serve with toppings of choice.
‼️ You can use another wrap or flatbread, but nutrition will change.
‼️ You can use whatever cheese you like, but I highly recommend the combo of the cheddar and the cream cheese.
