I stumbled across saucy lips products via Sarah Kesseli (Check her out here and here) after I saw her use it on several of her recipes. This lady has never steered me wrong, so I decided to order a build your own sample pack of four.

you-pick-4I chose Pineapple Thai, Tangy Mango, Peppery Strawberry, and Zesty Cilantro. I’m not one for spicy things, thus my selection. They also offer Habanero & Carrot, Jalapeño & Green Apple, Ghost Pepper & Tamarind, all of which, despite my low tolerance for heat, sound so good!

The first one I opened and tried was Zesty Cilantro. I will tell you that I went through the bottle in under a week. Then pretty much ended up doing the same thing with the Tangy Mango. I just started on the Pineapple Thai, and not having even tried the Peppery Strawberry yet, I was already on their site ordering more of the first 3!

everything-packTheir all-natural products are Whole30, vegan, and Paleo compliant. They contain no GMOs, added sugars, or artificial sweeteners. They are also gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and BPA-free.

All of the sauces are low calorie, but still packed with flavor. Another thing that impressed me was how little sodium they had for the amount of flavor…the products range from 80mg to 120mg per serving.

I’ve used them on vegetables and meat after cooking, but they would also make excellent marinades and salad dressings. They are perfect for meal prep and topping the #OneBowlMeal (see Emily Miner). I plan to use the Peppery Strawberry as a salad dressing when I open it 🙂

My ONLY complaint is that they don’t sell larger bottles!!

Reader Questions:
-Have you heard of/tried Saucy Lips before?
-If so, what is your favorite flavor?
-If not:
1. Go here to order and try them ASAP!
2. What flavor would you want to try first?

Please note: all photos were taken directly from Saucy Lips site, and used with permission. They were kind enough to allow me to do so, as my bottles are (sadly) mostly empty right now and therefore not very photogenic! When I emailed them to ask permission, they responded the same day–always impressive to get prompt responses.
