Macro Friendly Mondays — Sautéed Romaine + Brunch Plate!

If you have never tried sautéed romaine, I highly recommend it! Can’t say it is much of a recipe. Basically just cook it in a skillet sprayed with olive oil cooking spray on medium heat, tossing occasionally.
