1/ Why
I routinely get requests for recipes, nutrition advice, and training information from friends, family, and co-workers.
2/ How
I started out just doing what I love, but in the process, I discovered that I really enjoy sharing it with others. The discipline required to pursue my goals, I have found, is really just consistent application of intentional learning and growing. The best part of this process is passing what I can along to those who find it useful.
3/ What
Future ramblings to include:
-Recipes
-Links to other resources
-Inspiration/motivation
-Information on health, wellness, and fitness
I expect to update/edit this list regularly.
