Feta Smothered Greens {2 Ingredient Recipe}

All you need is 2 minutes and 2 ingredients for the easiest and most delicious side dish ever! Bonus: it looks fancy!🧀🥬

For one serving: Steam one bag of Fresh Express Salad baby greens mix in the microwave (I just poke holes in the bag with a fork) for 2 minutes. Place on a dish. Then top work 21g of reduced fat feta. The feta gets a bit meaty and it’s an amazing combination! Simply duplicate by the number needed if you are cooking for more than one person.
