đŸ„œ KacisFridayFind23 — Bia Bars!

I have shared about Bia Bars many times and even wrote a full review when they first came out, but they deserve a Friday Find post of their own.

I have literally been ordering them since the very beginning of the company launch with the first flavor (Peanut Butter Fudge) & I’ve been blown away by the customer service as well as the quality of the protein bars. Since then, I have continued to buy them, and love the 2 new additions to the line up (Cookie Dough & Sweet & Salty which is my favorite).

Peanut Butter Fudge is like smooth peanut butter, Sweet and Salty is like crunchy peanut butter with a bit of salted peanuts mixed in, and the Cookie Dough is like the Peanut Butter Fudge, only with chocolate chips. They are higher in cal/f/c (~220/11f/23c/15p), so I like enjoy one as my end of the evening treat & it helps to keep me on track. I also eat them pre-workout. You can also make cookies with them! Swipe to see!

The Sweet & Salty is definitely my favorite, followed closely by Peanut Butter Fudge, but I go through phases of eating them all, so I usually order a variety pack and a full pack of the Sweet & Salty.

I keep them in the freezer. I actually I love eating them strait out of the freezer so I can eat them slowly as they melt. The deliciousness lasts longer when you consume them as they thaw. They are good out of the fridge, or at room temperature as well đŸ€€đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ

The only downside is that you can’t just keep these on hand for convenience for an extended time as they would spoil. In your purse all day is fine, but meaning like not on hand at all times for a ‘just in case’ snack. For that I usually just keep jerky style bars or RX Bars in my purse pocket, but even Rx get melty in the heat.

Bia, Rx Bar, & Quest Nutrition are still my favorites of the sweet protein bar variety, but I also like some BHU Foods bars flavors and Evo Hemp. I may get scolded for this, but I honestly don’t understand people who like Built (good texture but no flavor) or Pure Protein (chalky). DNX bar and Epic Bar foods have good savory options. I don’t really like Epic’s sweet bar/their version of Rx Bars.

For specifics on my favorite flavors of the above bars, see this post!
